RPOC in a 38-year-old woman with mild secondary PPH (40 days after delivery), characterized as a heterogeneously intense rounded mass, was noted, manifesting a hyperintense signal in T2-weighted imaging and a corresponding hypointense signal in T1-weighted imaging (open arrows in A and B, respectively). Furthermore, multiple regions exhibiting signal void indicative of high-flow vascularization, were observed (arrows in A—B). Contrast-enhanced imaging revealed pronounced arterial phase vascular recruitment and early enhancement (image C)
