A female patient was admitted with aSAH (Fig. 6A). Angiography demonstrated two supraclinoid ICA aneurysms (Fig. 6B) treated with flow diversion and coils (Fig. 6C). Delayed vasospasm affecting multiple territories developed with severe vasospasm seen affecting the right proximal M2 branches (Fig. 6D).
