On angiography of the right ICA there was no significant filling of the aneurysm (Fig. 3A) that filled mainly via the left A1 segment (Fig. 3B). Coil embolisation was performed (Fig. 3C). Angiography confirmed severe stenosis of the right A1 (Fig. 3D) that was treated with a Cascade M Agile (Fig. 3E). After the initial stentplasty there was a significant improvement in the calibre of the A1 segment however, focal stenosis remained (Fig. 3F) and treated with the device partially unsheathed (Fig. 3G). Angiography at the end of the procedure revealed no significant stenosis and virtually normal appearance of the A1 segment (Fig. 3H)
